WANT TO PLAN A BIG EVENT? NEED A LOT OF KAYAKS? WE WILL BRING IT TO YOU!
We need a couple things before we set you up and let you know what we can do before you move forward.
Please fill out our form to get an idea of what is entailed in your event.
We can currently supply a fleet for at least 30 people.
We do charge a travel fee for some trips you are desiring.
Make sure your event is at least 3-4 weeks out before moving forward.
We can shuttle personal kayaks along with reserved rentals.
We have 4 options for reserving your event:
(1)Purchase a Ticket Tailor link ($50.00) from us and specify how many kayaks you would need. It can be our entire fleet or some of our fleet. With that link, you are able to send, email and market your event. Paddle On! will market your event as well for an extra $25.00. Paddle On! will coordinate with you as needed to see what has been rented. (<10 Kayaks receive 5% Discount, > 10 Kayaks receive 10% Discount)
(2) Reserve how many kayaks you need and pay for it on one shot (<10 Kayaks receive 5% Discount, >10 Kayaks receive 10% Discount). Excludes Travel and Personal Kayak shuttle charges (TBD through estimate).
(3) Individual Reservations simply just call or text us and specify which event you are paddling with. A first person or coordinator must reserve the time slot and at least 1 Kayak to begin. No group discounts offered with this option.
(4) If a majority of your paddlers are <18 years old will receive a 10% Discount on <10 Kayaks, 15% Discount > 10 Kayaks. (Sports Teams, Boy & Girl Scouts, Youth Programs)
